Is the first time you have had support from the Dave Rayner Fund?

This season will be my first year with the support of the Dave Rayner Fund. 

What is your cycling history ? 

 I have always loved cycling and have been riding since the age of four. I just loved riding my bike. When I was nine I joined Team Darenth Cycling club where I fell in love with the sport even more.  I started racing cyclocross at age twelve then progressing to road as a Junior. I completed my A levels a year early, meaning I had a year in which I wanted to try riding full time. I began working with a coach leading into the season of 2016 - riding for PMR@toachimhouse, at this point I realised I had some potential. I am now giving cycling everything and am excited to see where my wheels will take me.

What team are you joining in 2017?

 I am moving to Zottegem in West Flanders to ride for Goma Dakwerken.  - on Facebook) I will be staying in their foreign riders house with guys from all over the world. 

Tell us a bit about your team.

Goma has a really friendly, team orientated atmosphere. The team calendar is looking exciting to say the least. I am particularly looking forward to the: Tour De La Manche and Ronde Van Oost-Vlaanderen.

What bike will you be riding and who supplies the team kit?

The Team will be riding Bottecchia bikes this season. I have been training this winter on Bottecchia  and love it so am now excited to get on the Race bike! Doltcini make the kit. It is high quality and well fitted so I am looking forward to riding in that too! 

Do you have any other interests outside of cycling?

Photography is my second passion and it is my intention to record my stay in Belgium. I also want to study Economics and learn Flemish during my stay.
