What is your cycling history ? (how long have you been cycling?, who introduced you to cycling, which club are member of  in the UK?)

I have been cycling now for 7 or 8 years now. I first started cycling with the Maindy Flyers in Cardiff after starting MTB

What team are you joining in 2014? Tell us a bit about your team (any notable riders, famous DS anything like that)

For 2014 I will be riding for AN post Chain Reaction Cycles. The team is ran by cycling legend Sean Kelly

What is your race programme looking like?

The race programme is really broad with races ranging from the Tour of Britain to Kurne Brussels Kurne. But the majority of the races are in Belgium and Holland

 Are you going on a training camp with the team?

the team have already have a training camp in November but I couldn’t attend as I was racing at the Track World Cup in Mexico but I will be on the next one in January

When are you heading out to Europe/USA?

I will be heading to Belgium after the track world championships in Columbia so mid March
