 No, I was supported in 2014.

What is your cycling history?

I have ridden in Europe since I was a Junior with John Barclay and also on the Olympic Development programme on both the track and road. After finishing school and the junior category I joined my current team, then known as Bissell Development Team, which I have re-signed for again in to 2015. Although we are now known as Axeon Cycling Team.

 What team are you joining in 2015? Tell us a bit about your team.

Axeon Cycling Team is a team that has been racing for six years now. The team is run by Axel Merckx and has put 19 riders in to the professional ranks over those years. The team races in elite and under 23 races in both the USA and Europe.

 What is your race programme looking like?

 Great. As I mentioned we have a huge variation of both elite and under23 races on the team. For instance mostly recently, in late January, we were invited to America’s largest races, the 2.HC Tour of California.

 Are you going on a training camp with the team?

 Yes, we have a training camp in California before the season starts.

 When are you heading out to Europe/USA?

 I live full time in Spain so no ‘heading out’ for me!
