What is your cycling history ?

My dad got me into cycling at a young age, He used to race at a high level. He always took my brother and I out on the bike and took us to watch the Tour de France. So it was pretty normal I followed in his footsteps.
I did my first race with Towy riders at my local track in Carmarthen at the age of 11 and was hooked, But my heart lies with road racing.
I did a lot of cyclo cross as a youth, but as a junior I decided to focus on the track and road and did the national series.
I was fortunate enough to go abroad with Wales to race some UCI races.
2014 riding for Zappis I was selected to ride the Giro Val d’Aosta and other u23 races. This really reaffirmed what I want to do in cycling.

What team are you joining in 2015?Tell us a bit about your team.

I’ll be joining Zappi racing team again for the 2015 season.
Mentored by Italian ex professional Flavio Zappi, who brings his wealth of experience to the team.
He uses a mix of quality and hard Italian old school training techniques.

My race programme is looking even better again this year. Packed full of UCI and top amateur racing throughout Europe.
