The Dave Rayner Fund Dinner – Saturday 23rd November 2019, 6:00 p.m.

Join us at New Dock Hall, The Royal Armouries in Leeds for an evening full of entertainment, food and drinks and help to support The Dave Rayner Fund.

On arrival you will be welcomed with a complementary reception drink and you can mingle with friends, guests and celebrities.

On taking your seat you can expect a delicious 3 course meal, see and hear from some of the World’s top riders, and a get a chance to pick up some unique and exclusive memorabilia in the live auction. With some exciting prizes in the raffle, a silent auction for some great prizes and experiences there’s something for every cycling fan, and moreover the chance to get dressed up, enjoy live entertainment and socialise with friends.

It is only through the generosity of the cycling community that the Dave Rayner Fund is able to carry out its work promoting the sport and supporting young riders by offering them opportunities that they wouldn’t otherwise enjoy.

Individual tickets for the evening – £50

Book a complete table (10), enjoy all the benefits of an individual ticket plus two complimentary bottles of wine for the table.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for drinks reception with seats taken at 6:30 p.m.

FAQs

I don’t know the details of all of my party, what can I do?

If you would like to book multiple tickets but don’t know the individual details, please enter ‘TBC’ in any required fields so that the website allows you to progress. You can then let us know guest names and meal choices once you know them. Please note that all names and meal choices must be received by Tuesday 5th November.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Guests must be over the age of 18 to attend.

Can I have more than 10 guests at my table?

We advise that the tables are designed for 10 guests. We can seat up to 12 guests at a table, however we advise that this may compromise the comfort of your party slightly. We can also split groups across 2 tables and aim to seat you near each other. To book more than 10 tickets at the discounted table rate, please contact [email protected]

What’s the refund policy?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available.

Is my ticket transferrable?

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket, however you must inform us by Tuesday 5th November. No tickets can be transferred after this date.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring a printed copy of your ticket. You will just need to provide your name to the host on arrival.

Where are the nearest hotels?

The closest hotels to the event location are the Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre, Jury’s Inn Leeds, and the Hotel ibis budget Leeds Centre.
