Yes it is, and I'm really looking forward to hopefully doing the fund proud with my race results over the season.
What team are you joining?
The team is Baguet Miba Indulek Derito.
Tell us a bit about your team.
The team has been on the scene in Belgium since 2013 and has a calender based mostly within Belgium and northern France, racing a number of uci races as well as a vast number of the great races that are in Belgium. We are mostly u23 riders with a few exceptions and it should be a very good year for us all.
What is your race programme looking like?
The racing programme will consist of a mixture of uci races as well as a number of prestigious races all throughout Belgium, as well as a number of DN1 level races in France.
Where are you going to live?
Near Zottegem in a small town called Herzele.
What bike will you be riding and who supplies the team kit?
We are very lucky to be supplied bikes by Thompson who I have heard nothing but good things about, we are riding their cappella model. Our Team kit is supplied by doltcini and has so far been nothing but fantastic through the bleak Scottish winter, not that Belgium in February is going to be much better.
