It was the young British Lewis Bulley (Côtes D’Armor Marie Morin Veranda Rideau), 20, who won the seventh and final round of the Ronde Finistérienne à Brignogan Plages. He finished alone in front of Ludovic Poilvet (Team Pays de Dinan) and Matthieu Jeannès (Hennebont Cyclisme)

Lewis Bulley unleashed his counterattack in France for his first year after he was injured much of the season. Like his teammates and countrymen Stuart Balfour and Owen James, he also holds a scholarship from the Dave Rayner Fund.
